While Kaspersky Safe Kids is an excellent service, Qustodio is our top choice for parental control. You can install it on an unlimited number of devices, and Kaspersky does pretty much everything you might expect from a modern parental control app, including app blocking, location monitoring (with geofencing), web filtering, and time management. Many parental control programs are best suited for either desktop or mobile platforms, but Kaspersky Safe Kids works well on Android, iOS, Macs, and PCs. Kids today are active on all sorts of devices and platforms, which poses a problem to parents who want to keep an eye on their digital activity. Because we have not found or been presented with any hard evidence of misdeeds on the part of Kaspersky, however, we are leaving our original review in place for those who wish to decide for themselves. However, based on the increasing censure and criticism of Kaspersky by US government agencies, foreign agencies, and informed third parties, we can no longer recommend Kaspersky’s products.
